  • गरम मसाला - 1/4 चम्मच
  • करी पत्ता - 8-10
  • तेल - 2 बड़े चम्मच
  • हरा धनिया - गार्निशिंग के लिए
  • नमक - स्वादानुसार

विधि:

  1. सबसे पहले, इडलियों को छोटे टुकड़ों में काट लें।
  2. एक कड़ाही में तेल गरम करें। राई और जीरा डालें। जब वे चटकने लगें, तो करी पत्ता डालें।
  3. अब प्याज डालकर सुनहरा होने तक भूनें।
  4. अदरक-लहसुन का पेस्ट डालकर एक मिनट तक भूनें।
  5. टमाटर, हरी मिर्च, हल्दी पाउडर, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, धनिया पाउडर और नमक डालकर अच्छी तरह मिलाएं।
  6. मसाले को तेल छोड़ने तक भूनें।
  7. कटी हुई इडलियां डालकर अच्छी तरह मिलाएं ताकि मसाला इडलियों पर अच्छी तरह से लग जाए।
  8. गरम मसाला डालकर अच्छी तरह मिलाएं।
  9. 2-3 मिनट तक भूनें।
  10. हरा धनिया से गार्निश करें।
  11. गरमागरम इडली कड़ाई को चटनी या सांभर के साथ परोसें।
