आलू पराठा बनाना कोई रॉकेट साइंस नहीं है, लेकिन इसमें 'परफेक्शन' लाने के लिए थोड़ा धैर्य और सही तकनीक की जरूरत होती है। यह एक ऐसा कम्फर्ट फूड है जो पेट भरने के साथ-साथ आत्मा को भी तृप्त करता है।
एक बेहतरीन आलू पराठा बनाने के लिए, सबसे पहले हमें अपनी सामग्री को सही तरीके से तैयार करना होगा।
आटा गूंथना इस प्रक्रिया की नींव है। अगर आटा बहुत सख्त होगा, तो बेलते समय स्टफिंग बाहर आ जाएगी। और अगर बहुत नरम होगा, तो पराठा बेलना मुश्किल हो जाएगा।
यही वह हिस्सा है जहाँ आप अपनी रचनात्मकता दिखा सकते हैं। उबले हुए आलू तो मुख्य हैं, लेकिन असली स्वाद मसालों से आता है।
